Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Thistles.

At Thistles, we normally check for new orders every day, although we do not have a fixed dispatch time. Occasionally, due to holidays or other circumstances, orders may not be shipped for a few days. Whenever this happens, we will always announce it in our News Blog.

Once an order has been received and payment has been confirmed, we will collect the items, carefully pack them, and prepare them for shipment. All orders are shipped with PostNL.

The Netherlands:

Within the Netherlands, orders weighing up to 50 grams are shipped as standard letter mail.
Orders weighing more than 50 grams are shipped as a letterbox parcel with Track & Trace.
Please note that, due to limitations in PostNL's delivery service, fast delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

Europe:

Within Europe, orders weighing up to 50 grams are shipped as standard letter mail.
Orders weighing up to 1 kg are shipped as a letterbox parcel with Track & Trace.
Delivery within Europe generally takes several days.

Outside Europe:

For destinations outside Europe, orders weighing up to 50 grams are shipped as standard letter mail.
Orders weighing up to 1 kg are shipped as a letterbox parcel with Track & Trace.
Delivery outside Europe generally takes a few additional days.
